How fast is shipping?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking the moment your parcel is on its way. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location — no guessing games, ever.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund — no interrogation, no runaround. Fair is the only policy we have.
How do I talk to a real person?
